连平县石坪振兴茶叶种植专业合作社是石坪茶的生产企业之一。日前，记者来到连平县石坪振兴茶叶种植专业合作社所属的茶园，郁郁葱葱的茶山映入眼帘，微风拂过，带来阵阵茶叶的清香。错落有致的茶地间，数十名茶农双手飞快地采着茶叶，谈笑间茶篓便装满了嫩芽。合作社负责人童振通行走在茶地间，仔细查看茶树生长情况，不时与身旁的茶农聊天，指导茶农如何科学采摘新芽。

从孩童时期开始，童振通便跟着长辈学种茶、制茶，可以说是一位老茶农，见证了制茶工艺从传统走向如今的机械化。“我们祖祖辈辈都靠种茶为生，以前都是手工炒茶，效率比较低，后来慢慢发展成现在的机械化制茶，生产效率也提高了许多。”童振通介绍，由于茶山种植本地品种的茶树较多，合作社制茶工艺采用比较多的还是传统做法。传统工艺与机械化相结合的方式，既能保留茶叶原有的清香，又在一定程度上提高了制茶效率。
“我们茶山目前种植茶树面积约200亩，预计产量2000斤左右。”童振通说，由于茶山海拔较高，生态环境良好，茶树生长过程中不施化学肥料、不喷洒农药，是纯天然生长的绿色茶叶，同时他们的制茶工艺又最大限度保留了茶叶的茶多酚，入口甘醇，饮后回味无穷。为进一步拓宽茶叶的销售渠道，2016年，童振通成立了连平县石坪振兴茶叶种植专业合作社，并注册了“老童石坪”茶品牌。目前合作社形成了种植、加工、销售为一体的产业链条，产品以线下销售为主，主要销往市区、深圳等珠三角地区。

每到采茶高峰期，便会有许多村民来到童振通的茶园采茶，带动了一批村民增收，今年六十多岁的村民黄雨群便是其中一位受益者。“一到采茶季，我就会和村里的人一起到附近的茶山采茶，已经持续五六年了，一天能挣个一百多块钱，再加上平时在家种农产品带来的收入，一年下来可以存到一些钱。”黄雨群笑着说。
